Hrastovlje Castle

Hrastovlje Castle is located on a small hill near the village of Hrastovlje in Slovenia, just south of the Italian city of Trieste. Despite its name, this site is not a traditional castle but rather a fortified church known as the Church of the Holy Trinity.
