Castello Gizzi stands prominently in Torre de' Passeri, a town in the Province of Pescara within the Abruzzo region of Italy. The castle is primarily built of stone, featuring a main four-story building with a prominent stone portal on its façade. Caldora", serving as a center for scholarly research and cultural events.

The foundation maintains active connections with key cities associated with Dante, including Florence, Ravenna, and Rome. It organizes conferences and seminars, such as the inaugural 1980 conference featuring Giorgio Petrocchi and the 1981 event on "Dante e il Rossettismo." The foundation was officially recognized as a moral entity in 2005, reinforcing its cultural mission.

Restoration and preservation efforts
