Aya Castle (綾城, Aya-jō) is a historically significant hill castle located in Aya, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan. Constructed in the 14th century during the late medieval period, it exemplifies the traditional Japanese castle architecture of that era. Aya Castle played an important role in the regional defense and governance during the turbulent times of medieval Japan.

The castle was originally built in the Nanboku-chō period (1336–1392), a time marked by conflict between rival imperial courts.
