Invercauld Castle

Invercauld Castle stands as a prominent historic country house located in Braemar, Scotland, set within the expansive Cairngorm National Park. The castle's origins trace back to the 16th century when the Farquharson family, who settled in the region during the 14th century, constructed a fortified tower house to establish their presence and defend their lands.
