Chřibský hrádek

Chřibský hrádek, historically known as Karlštejn and in German as Unterer Karlstein or Wüstes Schloss, is a ruined rock castle situated in the village of Doubice within the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. This castle is located in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, a distinctive geological formation known for its sandstone cliffs and unique rock formations, which provided natural defensive advantages for medieval fortifications.
