The castle’s cellar was converted into a dining space called "Keller in the Kastle", marking the property's shift from private home to public venue. In 2004, Amy and Ralph Rollins acquired Castle Falls and expanded its facilities, adding The Grande Hall, a spacious event area designed to host weddings, corporate functions, and large social events.

These enhancements preserved the castle’s historic charm while integrating modern amenities, making Castle Falls a sought-after location for celebrations requiring both elegance and convenience.
