Abisi Castle

Abisi Castle is located north of the village of Abisi in the Kareli municipality within the Shida Kartli region of Georgia. This castle stands as a notable example of mid-18th century Georgian fortification architecture, constructed in 1754 by the order of Zaal Makhviladze, as indicated by an inscription on a stone embedded in the structure.
